What we collect when you file a request, where it goes and how long we keep it. Nine clauses, plain English.
Clauses
T. 01Who we are
Bad Weather Tattoo, 412 Sydney Road, Brunswick VIC 3056. Reach us at hello@badweather.tattoo or 03 9380 4412. This is a concept site built by Graphicl: the studio, artists and records are fictional.
T. 02What the form collects
Only what you type: artist, request type, placement, size, idea, colour, reference links, days that suit, your name, email and phone if you give it, and that you are 18 or over.
T. 03Why
To reply to your request, book a consult and send the deposit link. Nothing else. We never add you to a mailing list.
T. 04Where it goes
The form is sent through Resend, an email service, to the studio inbox. Your artist reads it there. On this concept site the form runs in demo mode and nothing is sent.
T. 05How long
Requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted. If you become a client, your consent form is kept for seven years, as registered premises must.
T. 06Photos of your tattoo
We photograph finished work. A photo is filed publicly in the archive only with your yes, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
T. 07No analytics, no cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts are served from our own server.
T. 08Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Ask by email and we reply within 30 days.
